pleasant stay with a few minor issues
The coffee machine in the room made mornings enjoyable, and the Dyson fan kept the space comfortable. The shower pressure was exceptional, and the cleanliness surpassed my expectations.
The room layout felt a bit cramped.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, Nespresso machine, and a great location just a 15-minute walk from the train station, made our stay enjoyable.

The decor was super quirky, and I loved the Smeg fridge stocked with goodies. The Bluetooth speaker made my stay even more enjoyable, and the four-poster bed? Total luxury! The complimentary water and fruit were a nice touch too.

Had an awesome time with friends here! We hit up a couple of spots with live DJs spinning everything from classic Hip Hop to today's hits. The staff was super accommodating, and the rooms were comfy with everything we needed like a coffee machine and a well-stocked fridge. Just a heads up, there’s no lift, so be prepared for some stairs!
Only downside was the parking situation. We were promised it would be easy, but it turned into a real hassle with no spots available nearby. This put a bit of a damper on our arrival, but everything else was great!

We had a fantastic time enjoying the amazing breakfast each morning and the cozy bar where we relaxed with drinks. The whole vibe of the place is super chill, with a lovely seating area to unwind after a day out. Just a heads up, the stairs could be tricky if you've had a few too many cocktails! 🍹

Just a good pick for a short interlude in Edinburgh with definitely value for money. The manager even rustled up some late-night food for us after a disappointing meal at another place. Bring a few extra hangers if you're staying for a couple of nights.

Charming spot in the city
Had a lovely stay! The room was super cute and clean, and all decked out with awesome stuff like a GHD straightener. Checked in early, which was a lifesaver. We ate breakfast in the restaurant, and it was delish! Only thing, the double bed was kinda two singles pushed together, so that was a bit annoying.

I recently had a wonderful stay featuring a vibrant atmosphere with a lively bar scene and a fantastic breakfast that truly exceeded my expectations. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, equipped with high-end amenities like a SMEG fridge and a Nespresso machine. the noise from the alley during the night was a bit bothersome, which could affect light sleepers.

The breakfast was top-notch—great quality ingredients and plenty of choices! that vibrant bar scene gave the place a real buzz, perfect for a nightcap after exploring the Edinburgh streets. Plus, the staff were a proper gem, going out of their way to make you feel welcome.
There's no lift, so don’t forget your gym routine when hauling your bags up the stairs! And the noise from bin collections at the back? A bit of a bummer for a good night's sleep.
